On this year’s International Workers Day, Simba Supply Chain Solutions (SSCS) was recognized as a leading employer in Tanzania.
During the company’s award ceremony for best employees of the year, the guest of honour, DC Edward Mpogolo said:

A healthy working environment is an integral part of growth for any business. It creates a positive atmosphere among workers, which in turn can be reflected in the amount and quality of work they put into the company.
At SSCS, we take our workers’ contributions seriously to ensure that the company goals are met.
Our newly introduced awards for the best workers of all subsidiaries of SSCS including Simba Logistics, Simba Trailers, and Simba Bingwa, is meant to acknowledge and show appreciation to the people who have worked and continue to work behind the scenes to make SSCS what it is today.
However our efforts in promoting the welfare of our employees does not end here. As stated by Hussein Dewji, co-director for Simba Supply Chain Solutions:
