Our recent Simba Bingwa event on 10th March 2022 which awarded top-performing drivers from 2021 was covered by the Pan-African Visions website.
Regarding the Simbwa Bingwa performance appraisal program, SSCS Chief Technology Officer Aly Dewji said: “Simba Bingwa is an individual who has the heart to be a champion every day, when he or she wakes up every morning, the individual must realize that they should perform their work to the best of their abilities with simple goals that eventually add up to a bigger goal. The Bingwa title comes from every aspect of performance and is a team effort to align a person in the right direction.”
